Cooking with Essential Oils - New!
with Joanna Wilhelm
We'll be talking about how essential oils can be used in cooking. There are many benefits to doing so, including the fact that they don't lose their flavor and aren't as expensive (in the long run) as their dry counterparts. But, not all essential oils are created equal or can be used in cooking. So how do you know which are safe? We'll be mixing up some recipes to taste while we talk and learn. PLEASE COMMUNICATE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES OR RESTRICTIONS WHEN YOU SIGN UP. We'll do our best to accommodate in the recipes selected for the class.
