Health & Wellness
with Kevin Webb
Handling Aggression will address the 3 stages of conflict and conflict management. The situations presented are geared for real life engagements. Focus will be placed on strategies that deal with verbal disagreements as well as those situations that can escalate, and get physical. We will begin by focusing on verbal intimidation and how you can respond to someone who is trying to intimidate you or make you feel uncomfortable. We then cover scenarios that go beyond words, where “reasonable force” is needed in order to regain control of the situation. De-escalation strategies, avoidance techniques, & physical restraining exercises and controlling tactics. For adults 18 and over. No experience necessary.
