Adult CPR/AED and First Aid

AED/CPR and First Aid: American Heart Association

Learn CPR and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Instructor will also teach child and infant CPR if there is interest. Upon successful completion, students will receive a two-year CPR certificate from the American Heart Association.

The AHA's Heartsaver First Aid Course is designed to prepare students to provide first aid in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Upon successful completion of this course, students receive a Heartsaver First Aid course completion card, valid for two years.

Aromatic Yoga Nidra

Aromatic Yoga Nidra is yogic deep relaxation combined with the sensory experience of essential oils. The Yoga Nidra experience is a luminous state of mind hovering between wakefulness and dream, which is profoundly healing. An hour of Yoga Nidra rejuvenates like 4 hours of deep sleep! The guided relaxation takes you into the subtle centers - the chakras- and the oils have been specifically blended for each one. As you rest, you will receive the oil in your palm, enjoy Reiki healing touch at head and feet, and hear the pure tones of crystal and Tibetan bowls.

Come join us in hands-on class and take home some simple and delicious treats made with essential oils. You will learn how to determine what oils are safe to take internally and how to use them. You will have the opportunity to sample and take home a variety of treats including a vegetable/chip dip, cheese spread, and a sweet treat as well as the recipes so that you can make them at home.

Hatha Yoga-NEW!

Beginner to intermediate hatha yoga class, for all levels of fitness. Lisa believes everyone can benefit from doing yoga. We will practice asanas (exercises), breathing and relaxation. Please bring a large towel or yoga mat to class.
