Testimonials:

I’m surprised to find that I could do so many things I could never do before this training. Thank you for this class. I’m 75 and live at sea level, but after this course and the training for 6 weeks, I was able to complete a 10 K (walk/run) at 5,000 ft altitude without shortness of breath.  CF

So, this info is very inspiring and already seems to be helpful in that in just these last couple weeks, hiking up moderate hills has almost felt slightly enjoyable, rather than to be avoided since being excessively "winded" just makes you worry about what might lie ahead.  LL

I am 81 years old and have COPD, so my focus was on strengthening my every day breathing practices and habits. It was a good class and well worth it for me to take the class.  SG
