We'll be talking about the 12 bad chemical groups that are in so many of the products we use today. We've got information on tried and true solutions for good, clean, and natural alternatives. We will also be creating a room spray and a sugar scrub. Recipes to try at home will also be provided. (These recipes will make great holiday gifts!!!)

Turkey or Santa Applique – New!

Have some relaxed fun with these whimsical appliques. Choose a Holiday Turkey, Santa, or both. The applique shapes are laser cut with fusible adhesive attached; ready for you to peel, place and press with an iron. You will also learn how to attach a binding. Approximate finished size of each: 18”X14”
Please notify Betsy Cannan, email@example.com, 10 days prior to the first class as to which applique or both, that you want to do.
Each project is a kit for $19.95, purchased from the teacher on the first class, payable by cash or Visa.

WW1 Centennial: Remembering the end of the War
with Shane Gower
Learn about the WW1 program Maranacook HS Teacher, Shane Gower, was involved in. Shane and other teachers traveled to Europe and the National WW1 Museum in Kansas City, MO as part of the WW1 Centennial Commission. Learn about visiting WW1 sites in Europe and the National WW1 Museum as well as researching local soldiers killed in the war on the 100th anniversary of the end of the war.
